As an SDS Consultant, you'll work on client projects across creative, design, technology, and digital disciplines depending on your expertise.
Projects may include areas such as:
Design, branding & visual communication
UX/UI & digital product experiences
Front-end & full-stack development
Quality assurance & testing
Data analytics & reporting solutions
Digital marketing & growth initiatives
Strategy, consulting, and related digital services
You’ll work closely with SDS and our clients, helping transform ideas into thoughtful, high-quality outcomes.
Projects are flexible and project-based. You can accept or decline opportunities based on your availability, expertise, and interests.

You’ll thrive as an SDS Consultant if you have:
3+ years of professional experience in your field
Strong communication skills and comfort working with international clients
A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage work professionally and deliver high-quality outcomes
Reliable availability for project-based collaboration
Interest in long-term partnerships and meaningful client work
Experience working with startups, scaleups, agencies, SaaS, or digital products
Confidence presenting ideas, solutions, or recommendations to clients
Experience working remotely or with international teams
Interest in contributing to the SDS network through content, workshops, talks, or community initiatives
SDS manages client relationships, contracts, and project administration
Compensation is processed after client payment is received by SDS
Work produced for SDS clients is owned by SDS
You’re free to take outside work, provided it does not compete with SDS or involve SDS clients
